  17. It should work on Win95/98/NT OS. A theme
  18. installer is required, and I do recommend
  19. Desktop Themes from Left Side Software,
  20. which can be downloaded from
  21. www.freethemes.com.

  24. Transparent. This utility will turn your
  25. Windows 95/98 or NT desktop icon text
  26. backgrounds transparent; allowing your
  27. wallpaper to show through. It can be
